for the 2009 Art Arbor Festival are available now.

Applications must be accompanied by registration fee.
Include three representative photographs or slides
of your work and one of your display. Please provide
a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of your
photographs/slides and notification of acceptance.

SALES
Items for sale must be priced. Exhibits must be maintained
from 9 am until 5 pm both days. You must supply your
own change. Each artist is responsible for collecting
Florida state sales taxes (7% in Pinellas County).
SETUP
To allow ample set-up time, gates open at 7:00 am
on both days. (Keep in mind it may be dark while you
are setting up, please have flashlights to help you.)
Exhibits must be in place by 9:00 am. You may set
up between 4:00 and 6:00 pm on Friday; however, although
the park is safe, there is no special security on
duty (see release form). Please, because of underground
sprinklers, do not drive on the grass in this area.
Your vehicle must be moved from the exhibit area by
8:45 am.
PARKING
You must move your vehicle to the overflow parking
area (Gate #4) after completing assembly of exhibits.
This is to ensure ample parking for your customers.
EXHIBIT SPACE
Spaces are located within the picnic area of the park.
Due to the natural contours of the area, spaces vary
in size but are approximately 10' x 10'. Tables or
chairs will not be provided.

Note: the exhibit area
has many trees with low-hanging branches. If your
display includes a canopy, be sure to indicate on
the application so that you can be placed appropriately.

regarding the need for special assistance with your
application.
