A $2 donation per person is suggested.
Can I bring my dog?
No pets (excluding service dogs) are allowed in the
park at any time. Where do I park?
Parking is available in several lots at the Boyd Hill Nature
Preserve as well on the streets surrounding Boyd Hill.
Is there food?
The Friends of Boyd Hill Nature Preserve have a concession
stand that sells hamburgers, hotdogs, turkey legs, and much
more. We also have 3 - 4 other food vendors on site selling
a different variety of foods every year.
ARTISTS
What type of artists do you accept?
The Art Arbor Committee accepts hand made arts and crafts.
The only exclusions are objects cast from commercial molds
or assembled from kits, mass produced items commercial displays,
commercial art, crocheted or knitted goods, velvet painting,
manufactured or kit jewelry, or any work which includes
live plants or animal parts, including seashells. Final
interpretation of these criteria are made by the Art Arbor
committee.
Can I sell my friend's art?
All artists must be present during the show.
Can I share a booth with a friend?
Yes, as long as the booth is occupied by both artists.
Where do I park?
All artists must move their vehicles to the overflow parking
lot in the rear
after set up is complete.
Are the spaces a strict 10 ft by 10 ft?
No, spaces are located within the picnic area of the park.
Due to the natural contours of the area, spaces vay in size
but are approximately 10' x 10'.

Will the park supply tents, tables, or chairs?
No. All equipment must be supplied by the vendors.
When can I set up?
Gates open at 7:00 am on both days. Exhibits must be in
place by 9:45 am. You may also set up between 4:00 and 6:00
pm on Friday.
Is there security?
In past years overnight security has been provided on Saturday
night. However, this is not guaranteed.
