 Steve
Passo is a singer songwriter from Philadelphia,
where he led the Philly based band, 106 Feet of Ugly.
After migrating to the Tampa Bay area, Steve has
fronted the bands Ask Erin and the Steve Passo Band.
Steve has drawn on his literary and teaching background
to write compelling songs and music in the vein of
Bruce Springsteen, Jimmy Buffet and various indie
and folk influences.
Steve Passo has played at events such as the Mainsail
opener, Gasparilla, Guavaween and numerous venues throughout
the Bay area.
 John
McNicholas is a singer/songwriter based in
Atlanta, GA. John has honed his writing talents by
writing, performing and releasing albums with alternative
favorites Spiller, Lie, Misfortune 500 and most recently
performing with indie-darlings Honeyrider, Dank, and
Sparkys Nightmare.
He considers himself an unlikely songwriter in that
his songs are character sketches of his life and the
lives of people and friends around him. He doesnt
so much write, as he observes and records his thoughts
with music. His songs can be as awkwardly personal
as those by Juliana Hatfield, as tongue-in-cheek as
those by Fountains of Wayne and Ben Folds and as vivid
and descriptive as those by Pete Yorn and Dean Wareham
(Luna).
John McNicholas, the band, mines a sound nestled somewhere
between Fountains of Wayne, the Wallflowers, Ryan Adams
and Pete Yorn. John has performed at WMNFs Tropical
Heatwave, IPO New York, the In the Raw concert series
and has have opened shows for a number of diverse artists
like Marilyn Manson, Fastball, Cyndi Lauper, Superchunk,
Patti Smith, the Mooney Suzuki and many others.

 Tampa
Bay based Rebekah Pulley is a four Time Winner of
Creative Loafing's "Best of the Bay".
Soulful Southern Pop -- If Kathleen Edwards and The
Band took a ride downtown on a balmy, summer night
to meet Ray Lamontagne and Jenny Lewis for drinks
at an old dive bar with walls full of stories and
character.
"Immensely enjoyable and a master class in DIY,"
John Conquest - 3rd Coast Music.
All four of Rebekah's recordings contain mixtures
of haunting vocals, earthy rhythms and sweet tones
which have earned Ms. Pulley a place in the hearts
and CD players of an eclectic base of music fans.
With years of experience playing all types of venues
from coffee shops to festivals, performing solo or with
a band, she'll be sure to leave you transfixed in the
moment, as she has done to listeners all over the country.

 The
Urbane Cowboys: Imagine a hayseed band traveling
through time. They make pit stops to jam with Elvis
and Dick Dale before warping to the 21st century and
dig-ging on punk and indie rock. That band would be
Urbane Cowboys.
Formed in Tampa in 1999, the Urbane Cowboys are Michael
Snayd (vocals and acoustic guitar), Kamran Mir (electric
guitar and vocals), Steven Schumacher (bass and vocals)
and Rob “Hans” Jolowski (drums).

 Destination
Unknown may be the youngest band in the Bay
Area, not in experience but in age. They have played
in local establishments and private functions throughout
the Bay Area and all are participants of the Patel
Conservatory Rock School.
T.J. Watts (lead guitar), Logan Nelson (bass guitar),
Nicholas McDonald (drums) and Jovan Lecaro (vocals)
make up this rock band that has been influenced by
Lynyrd Skynyrd, Guns N' Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers,
Led Zeppelin and other classic rock bands of the 60's,
70's and 80's. Listen carefully and you may hear a
few original compositions.
Look forward to a BIG sound from a young group of
up and coming talented musicians.
 Bob
Anthony has spent much of the last two decades
as a solo artist, mixing his love of crafty pop songwriting
and cerebral-yet-accessible instrumental music, qualities
that are present in his work with now-defunct bands
The Smoking Jackets and Silent Jones as well as that
of late 80s-early 90s Tallahassee rock legends The
Casual Ts, where Anthony first honed his craft, which
can still be seen and heard in the award-winning movie
Ruby In Paradise as well as the band's hard-to-find
recordings.
During the 21st Century, Anthony has toured the southeast
numerous times and released the CD's Anthonology, an
all-instrumental collection of odds and ends, and Lines,
featuring the retro-pop of his early 2000's band The
Smoking Jackets. Curtis Ross of The Tampa Tribune, in
giving each CD an 'A' rating wrote; "Anthony is
so skilled in the acoustic music realm one would think
his attempts to rock would suffer. One would be wrong."
Former St. Petersburg Times columnist Gina Vivinetto
wrote "If it sounds like Anthony can do it all,
it' because he can" while Connect Savannah's Jim
Reed referred to Anthony as "hellaciously talented"
in a highly favorable 2004 article reviewing his CDs
and previewing a concert there.

 The
Up The Creek Blues Band has been together
for over a decade.
Building on a love of the blues, Up The Creek considers
themselves an American roots music band and incorporates
a mixture of rock, soul and rhythm and blues.
Echoes of Muddy Waters, Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry,
and early rock and rollers can be heard in UTC's sound.
Founded in 1998 by vocalist/harmonica player Evan
Brodsky.
The band consists of Don Simon (guitar), Randy Johnson
(bass),Mark Streicher (drums) and Pam Lindstrom (multipercussionist).
Expect to hear all styles of modern electric blues mixed
with classic rock and roll when this band hits the stage.
 Soul
Circus Cowboys.
This ground-breaking duo, which consists of Billy
McKnight and Dewey Buxton, and accompanied on acoustic
guitar by Joe Kardash, is cruising onto the scene
with a sound that will have your speakers blasting
their rockin’ contemporary country music.
This eclectic pair had rock and roll in their blood
since they were born. Billy grew up in a musical family.
“I remember singing along with my mom when I
was only 5 years old,” remembers Billy. The
first song Billy recorded was Unchained Melody by
the Righteous Brothers which landed him on the Ed
McMahon’s Star Search in 1991. Dewey grew up
listening to rock music. “I remember the first
two albums I bought,” says Dewey. “It
was Billy Squier and an AC/DC album.” Dewey
has also performed in several rock bands, including
opening for 3 Doors Down.
With their synergy and powerful, yet smooth vocals,
the Soul Circus Cowboys are becoming the next duo to
watch in 2009. After meeting at a skating rink in Florida
when they were only eight, these friends are “soulful
singers, with edgy tracks and meaningful lived lyrics.”
With musical influences like Johnny Cash, Garth Books,
Lynyrd Skynyrd, Willie Nelson, Rolling Stones, Clint
Black and The Eagles, it is proven that they will hit
the country music scene hard.
