Vendors
The Art Arbor limits vendors to those providing food.
Please read the Vendor Rules below. If you would like to apply, please email.
Food Vendor and Snack Food Vendor Rules

 ENTRY INFORMATION & FEES

There are two vendor categories: Food Vendor (providing menu items such as barbecue, sandwiches, gyros, etc.) and Snack Food Vendor (providing items such as: popcorn/kettle corn, ice cream, cotton candy, etc.).
No vendor will be allowed to sell items on the Friends of Boyd Hill Menu (hamburgers, hotdogs, muffins, cookies, potato chips, and soft drinks including iced tea, sodas, bottled water).

Fees: Food Vendors $200.00 for both days, Snack Food Vendors $150.00 for both days. There will be no refunds.

Vendor spaces are given on a first come first serve basis with completed application (see above for application information) and payment received not later than October 5, 2009. There will be only one vendor per food type.

 SALES

A menu with prices must be posted in the vendor's space. Each vendor is responsible for collecting Florida State Sales tax (7% in Pinellas County). Vendor spaces must be staffed and operating from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days.

 EXHIBIT SPACE

Vendor spaces are located within the picnic area of the park. Due to the natural contours of the area, spaces vary in size. Tables or chairs will not be provided. NOTE: The picnic area has many trees with lower hanging branches. If your equipment includes a canopy, be sure to indicate this on the application so that you can be placed appropriately.

 SET UP

To allow ample time for set-up, gates open at 8:00 a.m. on both days. Vendors must be in place and ready for business by 10:00 a.m. You may set up between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Friday. However, there is no special security on duty (please see release form). Please, because of underground sprinklers DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS IN THIS AREA. Thank you.
